Project description:

The goal was to attract new customers and increase the number of regular customers. To achieve this, our primary objectives were to increase brand awareness, website traffic, and the number of purchases using Instagram/Facebook pages and targeted advertising. Based on previous publications and analysis of brands with similar products, a marketing strategy was created that maximizes the uniqueness of IrisVera products. The well-built positioning has helped the brand to stand out from its competitors, and the design with the brand identity has increased recognition in the market. The focus was on how the IrisVera brand helps with everyday in-home care for skin, hair, and health. Videos were made to demonstrate the operation of the filters, clearly showing how they purify water. Publications with reviews helped us to increase audience loyalty.

WORK PROCESS

The first step was to collect and analyze statistical data from Instagram/Facebook pages, and the company website, assess the compliance of publication design with the brand identity, and develop a traffic pattern between resources to gain an effective lead/conversion generation system.

The second step was to study existing competitors in the UAE market, and highlight a unique selling proposition against the background of the range of competitors' goods. We helped to develop a pricing policy with loyalty programs and discounting.

The third step was to create a portrait of the target audience and make market segmentation, conducting a SWOT analysis, and developing an AIDA model. We focused on increasing brand awareness through colors identity for publications, advertising campaigns in Meta, and banners on the website. Our team worked on improving brand awareness and increasing loyalty with the publication of reviews and emphasis on feedback on social networks.

The fourth step included developing a media plan for every week of cooperation, creating video and photo content, designing, editing, and audio support, developing a hashtag database. We made advertising campaigns such as reach, engagement, traffic, and lead generation.

Finally, the fifth step involved calculating KPIs and regularly making adjustments to the promotion strategy, systematic reporting to the customer, and communication with the client.

RESULTS:

Our recent efforts have yielded some impressive results that we are happy to share with you.

Firstly, we have seen a significant increase of over 2000+ subscribers on IrisVera's Instagram page, which is a testament to the engaging content we have been producing.

Secondly, we have successfully collaborated with influencers and beauty salons in Dubai, which has resulted in increased brand awareness and a wider reach within our target audience. Moreover, our team has been working tirelessly to improve sales on Instagram shop, and we're proud to say that our efforts have paid off with an increase of 70+ purchases per month. What's more, our return on advertising spend (ROAS) has been positive, standing at an impressive 280%. This indicates that our marketing campaigns have been successful in driving sales and meeting business objectives.

Finally, we're excited to announce that the IrisVera brand has become the most popular store on social networks for shower filters and beauty vitamins in the UAE.
