HKR Manpower (Hekler) is an international recruitment agency specializing in personnel selection for work in Europe. The company fills vacancies in the construction, industrial, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors, working with both job seekers (B2C) and business partners (B2B).

Initial Situation:
At the start of the cooperation, the company lacked active social media presence and an established lead generation funnel. We were tasked not only with formalizing the brand's presence in different language segments (RU, EN) but also with ensuring a stable flow of applications (leads) from B2C candidates and potential B2B partners.
Our Strategy:
We focused on building brand trust through content and lead generation using targeted advertising on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and contextual advertising on Google Ads. We used informational positioning, which included a unique selling proposition and differentiation from competitors. A separate website was created for the B2B segment, and a channel was set up for searching for contacts of potential B2B clients for cold calling.
