Project Description:

HKR Manpower (Hekler) is an international recruitment agency specializing in personnel selection for work in Europe. The company fills vacancies in the construction, industrial, manufacturing, and agricultural sectors, working with both job seekers (B2C) and business partners (B2B).

Goals:

There were three main goals:

  1. Ensuring a constant flow of leads from targeted advertising on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  2. Creating the brand's digital ecosystem from scratch.
  3. Finding B2B clients through digital channels.

Initial Situation:

At the start of the cooperation, the company lacked active social media presence and an established lead generation funnel. We were tasked not only with formalizing the brand's presence in different language segments (RU, EN) but also with ensuring a stable flow of applications (leads) from B2C candidates and potential B2B partners.

Our Strategy:

We focused on building brand trust through content and lead generation using targeted advertising on Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and contextual advertising on Google Ads. We used informational positioning, which included a unique selling proposition and differentiation from competitors. A separate website was created for the B2B segment, and a channel was set up for searching for contacts of potential B2B clients for cold calling.

WORK PROCESS

  • Conducted a competitor analysis in the international recruitment niche and developed an account structure based on geography and languages to segment the audience flow.
  • Created and designed Facebook, Instagram pages, and Telegram channels from scratch.
  • Analyzed channels, platforms, and tools for finding contacts of potential B2B clients for cold calling.

  • Developed a marketing funnel where social networks served as the first touchpoint, and Telegram channels acted as a a hub for audience nurturing and retention.
  • Set up analytics systems to track conversions from different traffic sources (Meta, Google, TikTok, LinkedIn).

  • Ensured daily content work: from visual design of vacancies to expert articles on relocation and video production.
  • Managed community engagement, monitored comments, and handled inquiries/objections.
  • Launched 5–10 large-scale B2C advertising campaigns (Lead Generation) on Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads in the following countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, and Ukraine.
  • Launched B2B advertising campaigns on LinkedIn, Google, and Meta in Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Estonia, Finland, Sweden, Denmark, the Netherlands, and Germany.
  • Performed daily data extraction from databases and websites to collect contacts of potential B2B clients.
  • Developed a website for the B2B segment, set up SEO, and participated in the development of an AI assistant for cold calling in the VAPI service.

  • Daily monitoring of the effectiveness of advertising channels and campaigns, optimizing and reallocating budget to the highest-converting ad sets.
  • Conducted daily monitoring and analysis of B2B client search and provided a daily budget report.

RESULTS:

We built a fully functional candidate attraction system from scratch. Due to a Non-Disclosure Agreement, we are unable to disclose the figures for our work results.
Key Achievements:
  • Ensured multi-channel traffic.
  • Achieved organic growth of brand trust: the Telegram channel entered the TOP-10 best channels on TGStat (Region/Topic "Work").
  • An AI assistant for cold calling in the VAPI service was developed and successfully launched.
  • A database with B2B contacts of potential clients from Sweden, Germany, Denmark, and the Netherlands has been compiled.
Metrics and Indicators:
  • Subscriber bases grew from 0 to 22,000+ real users.
  • The number of leads increased by 250+%.
  • The cost per lead (CPL) was reduced by 20%.
